Doula Services
A little support goes a long way and that that is what a doula is there for. Our doulas are well trained in childbirth to provide emotional, physical and educational support during the birthing process, especially for first time mothers. Doulas help expectant mothers feel safe, empowered and importantly not alone. In most cases, we recommend this services to expectant moms who have gone through our antenatal classes as the relationship is established some time before the delivery date. However you are not alone if you only need a helping hand on the day.

Registered Advanced Midwife & Childbirth Educator
It has been over 40 years since I qualified as a midwife… How time flies! Come to think of it, the first baby I ever delivered is a qualified doctor today. I’ve had a fulfilling lifetime in my midwifery career – honestly I wouldn’t have wanted to spend it any other way. I’ve contributed to building maternity wards and delivering babies to new parents at some of Johannesburg’s finest hospitals. These hospitals include Medi-clinics, Life Healthcare, Netcare and some of the public hospitals to name a few.
I'm not just a career woman, I have 3 beautiful grown daughters of my own – all successful in their own right. I also have 2 happy chaps that just know me as 'Gogo'. So as I take some time to settle down from the hustle of Johannesburg, I find myself with a wealth of knowledge I just need to share. This why Hello Nana was born.
What is more exciting to me than using all my experience to making parenting come naturally to you?
